But as regards election, they are beloved for the sake of their forefathers. 29 For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable. 30 For just as you were at one time disobedient to God but now have received mercy because of their disobedience, 31 so they too have now been disobedient in order that by the mercy shown to you they also may now receive mercy. 32 For God has consigned all to disobedience, that he may have mercy on all. 33 Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! INTRODUCTION: [그 뜻의 비밀] - The Mystery of His Will

고린도전서(1 Corinthians) 1:18, 18.십자가의 도가 멸망하는 자들에게는 미련한 것이요 구원을 받는 우리에게는 하나님의 능력이라. 18 For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

고린도전서(1 Corinthians) 2:2, 2.내가 너희 중에서 예수 그리스도와 그가 십자가에 못 박히신 것 외에는 아무 것도 알지 아니하기로 작정하였음이라. 2 For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.

민수기(Numbers) 23:19, 19.하나님은 사람이 아니시니 거짓말을 하지 않으시고 인생이 아니시니 후회가 없으시도다 어찌 그 말씀하신 바를 행하지 않으시며 하신 말씀을 실행하지 않으시랴? 19 God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it?

 

이사야(Isaiah) 55:6-9, 6.너희는 여호와를 만날 만한 때에 찾으라 가까이 계실 때에 그를 부르라 7.악인은 그의 길을, 불의한 자는 그의 생각을 버리고 여호와께로 돌아오라 그리하면 그가 긍휼히 여기시리라 우리 하나님께로 돌아오라 그가 너그럽게 용서하시리라 8.이는 내 생각이 너희의 생각과 다르며 내 길은 너희의 길과 다름이니라 여호와의 말씀이니라 9.이는 하늘이 땅보다 높음 같이 내 길은 너희의 길보다 높으며 내 생각은 너희의 생각보다 높음이니라. 6 “Seek the Lord while he may be found; call upon him while he is near; 7 let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. 8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
