5.하나님이 우리가 말하는 바 장차 올 세상을 천사들에게 복종하게 하심이 아니니라 6.그러나 누구인가가 어디에서 증언하여 이르되 사람이 무엇이기에 주께서 그를 생각하시며 인자가 무엇이기에 주께서 그를 돌보시나이까 7.그를 잠시 동안 천사보다 못하게 하시며 영광과 존귀로 관을 씌우시며 8.만물을 그 발 아래에 복종하게 하셨느니라 하였으니 만물로 그에게 복종하게 하셨은즉 복종하지 않은 것이 하나도 없어야 하겠으나 지금 우리가 만물이 아직 그에게 복종하고 있는 것을 보지 못하고 9.오직 우리가 천사들보다 잠시 동안 못하게 하심을 입은 자 곧 죽음의 고난 받으심으로 말미암아 영광과 존귀로 관을 쓰신 예수를 보니 이를 행하심은 하나님의 은혜로 말미암아 모든 사람을 위하여 죽음을 맛보려 하심이라. [ESV] 5 For it was not to angels that God subjected the world to come, of which we are speaking. 6 It has been testified somewhere, “What is man, that you are mindful of him, or the son of man, that you care for him? 7 You made him for a little while lower than the angels; you have crowned him with glory and honor, 8 putting everything in subjection under his feet.” Now in putting everything in subjection to him, he left nothing outside his control. At present, we do not yet see everything in subjection to him. 9 But we see him who for a little while was made lower than the angels, namely Jesus, crowned with glory and honor because of the suffering of death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.

우리는 하나님의 형상을 따라 그분의 모양대로 지으진 아름다운 존재임을 기억하라.

1. 사람을 아름답게 지으신 주님 - The Lord who made men beautiful

하나님께서는 만물의 영장으로 사람을 지으시고 만물을 다스리게 하셨다. - God made man with the steward of all things and gave him dominion over all things.
2. 그 아름다움을 누리지 못하는 사람들 - The men who do not enjoy their beauty.
히브리서(Hebrews) 2:8b, 8.만물을 그 발 아래에 복종하게 하셨느니라 하였으니 만물로 그에게 복종하게 하셨은즉 복종하지 않은 것이 하나도 없어야 하겠으나 지금 우리가 만물이 아직 그에게 복종하고 있는 것을 보지 못하고 8b putting everything in subjection under his feet.” Now in putting everything in subjection to him, he left nothing outside his control. 땅에 죄가 들어 옴으로 하나님의 원래 의도하신 바가 왜곡되었다. - The entry of sin into the earth distorted God's original intention.
3. 그 아름다움을 회복 시키신 예수님 - Jesus, who restored their beauty.
히브리서(Hebrews) 2:9, 9.오직 우리가 천사들보다 잠시 동안 못하게 하심을 입은 자 곧 죽음의 고난 받으심으로 말미암아 영광과 존귀로 관을 쓰신 예수를 보니 이를 행하심은 하나님의 은혜로 말미암아 모든 사람을 위하여 죽음을 맛보려 하심이라. 9 But we see him who for a little while was made lower than the angels, namely Jesus, crowned with glory and honor because of the suffering of death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.

에베소서(Ephesians) 2:1-7, 1.그는 허물과 죄로 죽었던 너희를 살리셨도다 2.그 때에 너희는 그 가운데서 행하여 이 세상 풍조를 따르고 공중의 권세 잡은 자를 따랐으니 곧 지금 불순종의 아들들 가운데서 역사하는 영이라 3.전에는 우리도 다 그 가운데서 우리 육체의 욕심을 따라 지내며 육체와 마음의 원하는 것을 하여 다른 이들과 같이 본질상 진노의 자녀이었더니 4.긍휼이 풍성하신 하나님이 우리를 사랑하신 그 큰 사랑을 인하여 5.허물로 죽은 우리를 그리스도와 함께 살리셨고 （너희는 은혜로 구원을 받은 것이라）6.또 함께 일으키사 그리스도 예수 안에서 함께 하늘에 앉히시니 7.이는 그리스도 예수 안에서 우리에게 자비하심으로써 그 은혜의 지극히 풍성함을 오는 여러 세대에 나타내려 하심이라. 1 And you were dead in the trespasses and sins 2 in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience— 3 among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. 4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, 5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— 6 and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
그리스도께서 자신의 대속적 죽을 통해 하나님의 원래 의도하신 바를 회복시키셨다. - Christ restored God's original intent through his substitutionary death.
CONCLUSION: 사랑하는 성도들이 예수 안에서 회복된 하나님의 자녀의 아름다운 모습으로 살아가시기 바랍니다. – I pray that you live out the beautiful image of children of God restored in Jesus.
